Teaching Studio Policy
RATES
30 MINUTE LESSON - standard
1 Student inside studio = $65 per month (this includes four 30 minute lessons per month)
Additional students (family members) with the same instructor = $50 each per month (this includes four 30 minute lessons per month with the same instructor only...)
1 Student outside studio = $85 per month (this includes four 30 minute lessons per month)
Additional students (family members) with same instructor = $50 each per month (this includes four 30 minute lessons per month with the same instructor only)
Other Options
20 MINUTE LESSON - for younger students
1 Student inside studio = $45 per month (this includes a 20 minute lesson each week of the month)
1 Student outside studio = $65 per month (this includes four 20 minute lessons per month)
There is no further discount available for additional students taking 20 minute lessons
40 MINUTE LESSON – for those needing a little more
1 Student inside studio = $85 per month (this includes four 40 minute lessons per month)
1 Student outside studio = $105 per month (this includes four 40 minute lessons per month)
1 HOUR LESSON – for those wanting more
inside studio = $115 per month (this includes four one-hour lessons per month)
outside studio = $135 per month (this includes four one-hour lessons per month)
BUT, I don’t want to pay for the month. Great! You don’t have to. If you only want one or two lessons from time to time simply pay a single 30 minute lesson fee of $25.
Our studio includes a five piece Yamaha Drum set, a Yamaha CP 300 88 key weighted action Digital Piano, several guitars and a Fender Amplifier, audio and video recording and tracking capabilities. The studio lesson provides a nice context for musical growth and maturity, helping facilitate the group dynamic of playing with others....very important!

PAYMENTS & FEES
Lesson payments are due NO LATER than the first lesson of each month. There will be no refunds or credits issued. If you miss payment by the first lesson of the month, there will be a late fee of $10. We accept cash. Checks and money orders are made to The Worship Arts Involvement or TWAI.. We also offer the option of online payment with PayPal.
DISCOUNTS
We like to give a small discount to families with more than one student. We also will give you one free lesson if you refer a new student who commits to at least one month. We also would like for you to have one free lesson if you allow one of our 24x24 signs to be posted in your yard for a short period of two weeks. Also, PDG is currently working to provide financial assistance options!
SCHEDULES
Let’s face it, time is valuable. Our time proves to be very scheduled. Family time is important! As such, it is very inconvenient to make up lessons during the week, so we will ONLY reschedule a make-up lesson when we are unable to meet a scheduled appointment.
PRACTICE PLANS
We provide a service that requires commitment. Your commitment ensures the seriousness of growth and development that is necessary for achievement. Please give yourself at least four days each week for practice. Relax. Avoid stress and anxiety by playing what you want. Leave the hard stuff for lessons. We’ll help you next time we meet.
PREPARATION
Please make sure you are prepared for your lesson. It’s not productive to spend 10 minutes of your lesson tuning your guitar. Be ready with your books. Review the assignments written in your notebook.

PDG holds the right to allow exceptions to our policy based on any given individual situation and our discretion. Because mornings are less demanding, PDG is more flexible in scheduling and payment options.
