PRACTICE PLANS
PDG provides a service that requires commitment to see and experience results. Student commitment ensures the seriousness of growth and development that is necessary for achievement.
At a minimum, students should set aside a dedicated practice time for at least four days each week with at least twenty minutes each time you practice.
Also, students can avoid stress and anxiety by exploring online music videos and instructional tutorials and by creatively exploring ideas of personal interest. Don’t be afraid to make some noise for fun. If you are struggling with a piece, give it your best, but don’t stress, leave the ‘hard stuff’ for lessons, that is what they are for.
PREPARATION
Please make sure you are prepared for your lesson. Example: It’s not productive to spend 10 minutes of your lesson tuning the guitar.
Be ready with your books. Review the assignments written in your notebook. Come ready to learn something new and have fun.
PDG holds the exclusive right to permit and allow any exceptions to its policy based on any given individual situation and the discretion PDG.
